Hannah is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of adolescents, adults, and families. Through a dialectical behavioral lens, Hannah equips her clients with the necessary skills to regulate emotions, build healthy relationships, tolerate distress, and deepen their mindfulness in order to build their life worth living. Hannah uses evidence practice to guide her treatment and plays an active role in each session to facilitate skill building and change.
Prior to opening her private practice in 2024, Hannah worked as a clinician at MindFit DBT Center where she specialized in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for problems including: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, borderline personality disorder, and self-harming behaviors. She also completed training at UCSF-infant/parent program, Yale University's SPACE (Supporting Parents with Anxious Childhood Emotions), Mindful Schools, and Surf Therapy. She has been honored to attend University of California Berkeley and University of Colorado-Denver to receive her Masters. In addition, she holds her PPSC and has worked in both private and public schools in Marin County as on site mental health expert.
